The Basic County Finance Certificate (BCF) program is designed for county employees and officials who want a clearer picture of local government finance processes. Through online modules, participants explore topics such as cash receipts, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and audit preparation. The program provides practical, step-by-step exposure to everyday county finance activities.
