Tyler joined UT CTAS in April 2025 as a county government consultant. He holds a bachelor's degree in management and leadership studies and a master’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University.  With nearly two decades of county government experience, Tyler has served in leadership roles such as Interim Circuit Court Clerk and Chairman of the County Commission.  He is a graduate of the CTAS Certified Public Administrator program and the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership's Local Government Leadership Program.
